Hello everyone, I am here to introduce the guild <Polarity shift> of Argent dawn, we are an alliance guild which started on June the 9th 2013. We are a community comprised of people whom have all come together for a reroll project.
Many of our members are now 90 and we have begun raiding into mosh'gan vaults, we have a mixture of new and old raiders and we progressed to 4/6 bosses, we will be moving through mop content and are looking for more social and dedicated raiders. We have gone through a process together of leveling and progressing through older content, as of July 28th we have increased our level cap to 90! all our current members will be progressing to the level cap ready to begin raiding and progression at 90!
About us and what are we looking for in potential members
We currently have over 40+ active players and are still recruiting both experienced and inexperienced players alike. many of our players are 80+ but we also have a number of lower leveled players. Recruitment is open for higher leveled players and still open for those who wish to reroll with us with either a current lower alt or for a fresh start on a new character!
We welcome all players new and old into our friendly guild full of fun and loving people and primarily are aimed at casual, mature people with limited time (families and/or other commitments) and whom enjoy the social aspect of the game. A clean slate and an opportunity to make new friends and have fun together. Hopefully find a permanent home in the World of Warcraft.
The aim is to create a casual, laid-back and friendly environment for all types (pve, pvp, social, rp etc) of players. We have currently been leveling through expansions clearing content as we have been going but we have now decided to raise our cap to 90 and to finish off remaining content on our two raid days (wed/sunday) while we level up.
The realm was chosen due to its dense population and also due to its thriving economy and reputation for end game content success. It is a RP server and some guild members participate in role play, all are welcome though if that's not their thing.
What have we accomplished so far
We have had a busy few weeks and our current numbers in guild are flourishing, we had our first raids at 60 where we progressed and cleared molten core full of 60s, we then progressed through 70 content and some 80 content, which as led us to where we are currently, we have decided to move onto 90 and finish clearing 80 content and 85 content along the way. we are hoping this raiding allows us to further build our strong community ready for our progression raids at 90. It gives the inexperienced people a chance also to familiarise themselves with tactics and how to play their class in a raid environment.

• Start fresh with a new group of people, many of us realise that part of the attraction of wow was through the people you met on it. We want to build a close nit community from early levels to benefit us in the later levels.
• As a guild we will help you in any way we can, whether that be helping you get to grips with raiding or helping you to best kit out your character.
Higher level characters
• we can offer you a strong community base which will allow for a great social environment and good raiding environment
• Good management structure and a fair loot system
•We will have either 2-10 man raid groups or 1 25 man raid group every week, we have an experienced team of raiders ready to help with progression and the development of the guild.
Overall we offer a great atmosphere and we are all very welcoming and helpful, it dose not matter if you are new to raiding or an old hand at it, we welcome everyone equally.
Polarity shift leveling rules:
• RaF is permitted.
• BOA are allowed.
• Level caps where initially set as hard caps whereby you must stop leveling to allow for the majority to catch up before they are raised. 70/80 where the soft caps, however as of 28/7/2013 we have raised the cap to level 90!
Due to the raised cap we are now recruiting level capped players (90) but also welcome those who wish to reroll from level one or just join on a lower character! just make an application on our website!

Additional information
• We aim to recruit both experienced and inexperienced players who share our goal of creating a thriving community and guild built on friendship and to give many players a new wow “home”.
• We also try to offer something exciting for returning players re-visiting some of the older dungeons whilst also aiming to become a good progression guild.
Raid times
We are planning on being casual/hardcore raiding guild meaning we will raid 2 evenings a week but in that time we will be hardcore in the sense that we will do as much as we can in that time whilst also being as well prepared through all gems, enchants and raid tactics as is possible. Currently we will raid Sundays and Wednesdays from 20.00 server time, we will continue raiding while we level to 90 now and continue to clear the remaining WOTLK content and cata content along the way1
•we have many raids planned over the coming weeks to finish of 80 content and then move onto 85 as we progress to level 90! lower level runs will also take place for newer members when their are enough at the required level! most likely day of the week will be a friday for this!

we have a dedicated team of officers and raid leaders ready to take us into future raiding at 90 and we believe that with our strong core of people we can use it to build a well structured guild on.

As mentioned the reroll went live on the 9th of june 2013 and is going from strength to strength, we are moving to 90 and we hope that with some more additions we can progress fast and efficiently!
