New comp build for awesome come back!

    Budget: $500-600$
Resolution: As far as my knowledge goes my last comp ran at 720P I would like to run at 1080P and 720P while i upgrade my monitor.
Games / Settings Desired: I want to run WoW again, except I want to try and fraps/stream without suffering on my game play. If budget isn't enough for this request I can consider upgrading for a bit more $$
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc): Nothing special with graphics except I hope my vid card doesnt require an upgrade after 2 years and can run settings as high as possible.
    Country: 'Murica, California
Parts that can be reused: I have a 750W power supply, keyboard and mouse are wireless atm and monitor is that 720P I talked about. Also have a PS3 wireless headset already.
Do you need an OS? I honestly used torrents to find an unlocked win7 and it seemed to work perfectly find on a dummy lap top I use.
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? Already covered save that i need an actual box to put all this stuff in it and dvd reader to install my OS.

Thank you for working for me guys, my last guild is no more so they can't offer their services to me any longer. Hopefully everything works out great!
PS: I have bought from newegg and I'm not sure if you guys do the shopping for me or if I have to find the parts myself as cheap as possible.

EDIT: I also wanted to keep the processor at I5 or higher, Like I said Wow will be my heaviest game and might be my only game so maybe even going with an SSD shouldn't be hard. If there are any questions please ask I feel like I've been quite thorough. Thanks again!

Sorry if lay out was heard to read.

I checked the sticky link on this sub forum and tried doing this myself, however, I can safely say there are way tooooo many options! Please help me build this bad boy. I am considering upping my budget for something nice to run WoW full settings with Fraps/Stream! thnx

If you want to save on some $$ you can make OS USB installation key. What I did anyway.
Anyway, a PC that would still run fine in 2years:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

    CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($229.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($34.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Asus Z87-K ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($101.99 @ NCIX US)
    Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($72.25 @ Newegg)
    Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($88.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB Video Card ($214.98 @ NCIX US)
Case: Rosewill Galaxy-01 ATX Mid Tower Case ($29.99 @ Newegg)
    Total: $826.16

But it's almost double the budget. It's a system you can overclock to get higher performance and to make it last longer.
Keeping in mind you don't want to change GPU in 2 years, still r9 270x:

This will chew up WoW without much issues, and you should be able to stream at decent quality, the issue it the CPU will start to bottleneck your PC in a few years, but it's much closer to your budget. And you can't Overclock this to increase performance/make it last longer.

Awesome thanks for the response, So As far both of these builds go we have a regular ATX board on the above build, does all of the other parts from the bottom build fit the above one? If they do I will be able to run an I5 without overclocking exclude the cooler and save 40 on the difference between micro ATX and regular ATX? Also, since I don't plan on using this comp to store all my movies and files will I be able to run everything on a 240SSD? excluding the old school hard drive? thanks again in advance!

If you don't want to OC and you don't want HDD:

k model from intel is a CPU model that can be Overclocked, so non-k costs cheaper.
Just a note I have to add. The main difference between SSD and HDD is this:
SSD have limited total data you can write on them. For example the M500:

Endurance: 72TB total bytes written (TBW), equal to 40GB per day for 5 years
What this means, if you write then delete a lot of information on the SSD ( for example you use FRAPS to capture game footage then edit and upload to the internet) it will shorten the life of an SSD, that is why an HDD is recommended to have in the system, you can use your old one if it is SATA.

Feel free to ask anything that sounds confusing

Awesome thanks for the info. Turns out I have a CD drive from my old comp still so I'll install os that way. Also, I have to Install all executable files in the SSD so my loading screen head aches are no more correct? Other than that I'm happy with the total price and I'll think about which I5 ill do since I dont plan on over clocking thnx a million!

You can install windows from an USB, microsoft has program you can download for that.
    http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/...usbdvd_dwnTool

Yes you install windows on the SSD and the PC boots up in like 7s
But it increases all windows related speed as well, like you click a program and it opens as soon as you click it. Super nice
