Destro/Aff/Demo Lock LF Progressive Raiding Guild

Hey!
Just wanted to throw this up here in hopes of finding that one guild that works for me.

Anyways for this tier I have 9/14H XP (First 9) Then 50+ Pulls on Heroic Spoils.
Last tier I was in two guilds, 1 that cleared Norm ToT and then H Jin'rohk and basically stopped progression for the remained of ToT, 2nd guild I was in that tier went 2/13H and also stopped progression sadly. I stayed with the 2nd guild for the start of SoO going 13/14 Reg then eventually going back to the first guild I was in ToT. The raid team in that guild had changed quite a bit including the Raid leader which caused them to do fairly well (9/14 H). Then the guild just had waves of drama that caused bad attendence, many new healers ect. This led to the raid leader leaving and a few other members, including me.

Im looking for a guild with similar progression to mine (9/14H) or with progresion thats comparable atleast. Also fine with raiding 10 or 25 (I have mostly raided 10M but interested in trying 25) Also okay with going horde and xfering. And lastly not raiding later then 11 CST (9 Pst, 12 EST) due to school ect.

Also, just noting this. I am 15 (WHOA YOUNG O_O) But pretty much all of the guilds ive raided in have either been 18+ Req or all members are just 18+. Also like to think that I am mature for my age. If age is a problem I understand that a lot of guilds would rather just get someone older.

We are a weekend raiding guild raiding on Frostmourne Alliance, raiding on a schedule of Friday/Saturday 6.45pm - 11/11.30pm CST (this will be delayed to 8.45pm - 1/1.30am CST in end March due to DSL). <Riot> is a hard-casual guild recruiting for 25-man heroic raiding. We have a focused, but fun and friendly raiding environment. We also have a very dedicated leadership and we do our best to maintain a good reputation on server. History:
<Riot> has existed since the launch of vanilla WoW. Originally hailing from the Warsong server, we made our move to Gorefiend in the middle of The Burning Crusade, eventually becoming one of the longest standing and most successful 25-man raiding guilds on Gorefiend. Recruitment Needs:

• We are currently considering exceptional DPS applicants.

Evening Raiding Times (3 nights):

• Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 8 pm - 12 am (EST) / 7 pm - 11 pm (CST)

Requirements:

• The guild's focus is 25-man endgame content. We do not care about 10-man content when a 25-man version exists.
• Must be able to meet the above raid times. 100% attendance is not required, but you must have a compatible schedule. That includes all raiding days. We need dependable raiders
• Must be a team player. We recruit enough to ensure that we can keep raiding even if someone has to miss a night, so candidates must be okay with the possibility of sitting out on occasion. Mains only. No second raid lockout for your alt. And please don't ask to bring your alts to farm content on primary raiding nights.
• No drama queens. Can't emphasize this enough. We like Gorefiend and we don't want drama with other guilds. Don't bring it here.
• We are not a hardcore guild. Yes, we're committed to 3 nights of 25-man heroic content, and we are serious when raiding. We do what we can in that time. We do not add extra days to push content. We do well enough, but we do not stress about server firsts. If this is a problem for you, do not apply.
• Decent 25-person endgame raiding experience required. This includes pre-Mists of Pandaria. Decent internet connection required.
• We use EPGP for loot. ( http://code.google.com/p/epgp/ ) We use Mumble rather then Ventrilo for raid communication. (http://mumble.sourceforge.net/ ) Please install prior to any tryout.

10-Man Progression: 14/14 Heroic Siege of Orgrimmar

General Information

Reign in Power on Thrall (US-Horde) is a 10-man heroic raiding guild that is now expanding to 25-man content. We are looking for more raiders to fill the ranks as we transition to 20-man Mythic raiding for the upcoming expansion. We have successfully completed our greatest raiding tier as a guild with a Top 50 US (rank 46 US) in 10-man strict raiding with our kill of Heroic Garrosh Hellscream.
Starting immediately, we are looking for more like-minded raiders that are looking to continue to do well on a 3-night raid week schedule as we grow into a 25-man progression guild. If you have any specific questions regarding the upcoming transition contact shadak@reigninpower.com.

Our current goal is to expand immediately to a 25-man roster and begin the clear to the end of the tier. We will use this time to form a cohesive raid environment with a fresh group of raiders, as well as progress to a full heroic farm on a weekly basis. Who Are We?

Reign in Power on Thrall (US-Horde) is a 10-man heroic raiding guild that is actively expanding to a 25-man heroic raiding guild. Our current progression is 14/14 Heroic in Siege of Orgrimmar (10-man). We are a guild that cannot or do not want to commit to highly time-intensive raid schedule of traditional “hardcore” raiding guilds. We strive to kill end-game content while not looking to make the game a second job.

The core members of the guild have raided together since Everquest, and moved with each other to the World of Warcraft at launch. The guild was initially formed to take advantage of the “casual friendly” changes that were initially developed during Wrath of the Lich King, and further improvements were made as the guild grew in Cataclysm.

What Are We Seeking?

Any and all classes are welcome to apply and try to earn a raid spot as we expand to a 25-man roster and clear through heroic raid content. We will continue this group into patch 6.0 and the next expansion as Mythic 20-man raiding is introduced.

What Are Raid Times?

 Tuesday: 9:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M. (CST)
Thursday: 9:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M. (CST)
   Sunday: 9:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M. (CST)

That is an average of only 12 hours per week. In order to maintain steady progress, we expect that our members try to achieve near 100% attendance.

What Do We Expect?

We want people who are looking for a long-term commitment to a hard-working raiding guild. We want people who are aware of their surroundings; people who know when to get out of void zones, cleaves, swipes, and proper placements on fights. We want players that understand that some fights are not simply DPS races, and that working as a team, executing the mechanics, and killing the boss are more important than living on the ranking-edge. We expect that our guild members understand the many advantages of our Council-based loot system. Most importantly, we want mature players.

How Is Loot Distributed?

As mentioned above, loot is handled through a Loot Council system of officers. Loot is distributed where it is deemed to be the most beneficial to the raid as a whole.
