I've played WoW/LoL/D3 on a laptop with a Radeon 5650M for the past four years, however a few days ago the card started to die and that was the impetus that led to me deciding to build a desktop. I fiddled around with this site a bit, and was able to get an i5-4430 for $99.99 so I jumped at that opportunity earlier tonight, now I'm just looking for a critique/suggestions to improve the build.
Ideally I'd like to be running WoW/League/D3 on very high setting at 1920x1080. I also love the Total War series but I haven't played Rome2, Shogun2, Napoleon, or Empire much as they tended to overheat my laptop very quickly. I'm aiming to spend a max of about $700 ($600 CPU excluded), no peripherals or OS needed. I'll deal with those later once I have the build out of the way. Being able to stream would be nice, I assume if it can handle stuff on high/ultra it's no problem to drop settings a little if I want to stream though.
The build suggestion site told me the GIGABYTE R9 270X, however there is also a Sapphire 7950 3GB available at the same $199.99 pricetag. Or would I be better off jumping up to a GTX 760?
