Weapon Enchant Transmog

Hi Everyone

Has anybody figured out how to exactly use the new feature of enchant transmog, that should be available in WoD?
I have:
- Enchanting profession 625 on my toon
- Enchanting Study level 3 in my garrison
- Enchanting Follower level 100 working at the building

However I can't figure out how to do it. Is the feature NYI? Am I missing something?

The follower you assign does them. It works for me.

And how exactly do you do that? I can speak to my follower, but he only does a couple of normal WoD enchants for me. He basically does every WoD enchant except for any weapon enchants. Nothing else. Is there a hidden menu or something?

I think its bugged on the horde side it work on allie.
