E-sports in olympics

It will never be in the olympics nor should it be. They dont need to be made into a bigger joke than they already are, although I am intrigued to see what esport teams African countries throw out there

I don't think this would be a good idea. The Olympics are more about physical activities based in the real world. Yes, playing a game requires you to think and interact with some sort of input device, but it is not the same.

Some are not that physical, like equestrian.

Yeaahh, e-sports in olympics doesn't fit at all. E-sports games change waay too much with the meta of those games often changing due to updates.

Games and e-spots have their own tournaments that are already extremely accessible to watch. There really isn't any benefit to having them in the olympics.

While it's not the most physical of sports in the Olympics it's not like there's no physicality to riding a horse - anyone who's ever been on a cross country ride will tell you it's harder than it looks.
