What energy and chi addon is this?

Does anyone know what addon this person is using to show the energy bar and chi? I'd find it really useful to avoid resource capping.

I'm currently using shadowed unit frames but can't find a way to separate the health bar and power bars?

Probably WeakAuras. There's a sticky of WeakAuras strings for exactly what you're looking for on this forum.

That's just part of ElvUI. You can remove energy and chi from the main frame and move them around and resize them.

It's ElvUI but you can achieve the exact same look with an energy bar / chi with Vex Power or shadowed unit frames
