You just described the last 10 years of WoW.

I think that producing an xpac with such little content as WoD should be an indication of their intent to release expansions faster.

On the flip-side, they've been saying that was their goal ever since Burning Crusade... so, we shal see.

Honestly? I doubt it... they would've had to have announced the new expansion by now, and start beta testing it next month or so to get it out by Christmas. (unless they plan to skip all that this go-around, of course...)

Then you can just as well buy that $80 worth of coffee a week. $20 is nothing.

I don't want annual expansions, I just want them to eliminate the huge gap between the final raid and the next expansion.
Appreciate your time with friends and family while they're here. Don't wait until they're gone to tell them what they mean to you.

Exactly this. The typical large gap in the content at the end of expansions is more of an issue than the length of the expansion itself.

I doubt it's possible, and I definitely wouldn't WANT it to happen(at least not if they kept the same price, or increased it like with WoD)

Pretty much this. Pacing content throughout the expansion is a much bigger problem than "too long between expansions"
