    Tier 18 Druid sets

Edit: Can anyone confirm or deny that these are in fact the PvE Tier 18 sets? - There's a rumor these may not be the PvE sets and are rather the PvP sets?

What's your opinion on the new sets?

I like it. It's not like you stare at your clothes anyway if you're feral or unglyph boomy.

I want to see it on a sexy tauren and not some stupid human, but, I rather like it. Its not my favorite design but its simple, neat, and feels very druidy. For the first, third and forth I don't particularly like the colour palates, they look far to 'dead'. However, the other sets, the colour scheme for those looks really nice and reflect nature rather nicely.

    At least that's my opinion.

Horrible. Hate it. They follow up this tier where they gave us awesome animated bug wings, with this? I hope this rough draft gets some serious help. Thank you for transmog...

it looks orc as hell. between this and the orc chick in warspear, makes me think orc druids are coming next xpac.

I like it a whole lot better than the awful looking set we have now. I like that it's simple, i always thought the tier sets were overdone and looked awful because of it. The 3rd color scheme is my favorite.

I seriously hope people odn't think this is the pve sets..... mythic is ALWAYS very unique compared to the other two sets. This is the pvp set.
"Why of course the people don't want war…. But, after all… it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country."

Complete joke. Not only from a looks perspective, but from a threshold of origin perspective. Looks like a 2 minute photoshop job

Do you have any proof that these are the PvP sets? as both wowhead and mmo-champ have listed them as the PvE, and no PvP sets have yet been released.

If you go to where the sets are listed on the front page of mmo, you can click the modelviewer and change the race to tauren....
Having done this myself, I would strongly advise against it.....

I feel we've been screwed over with these gear sets. I cannot understand the process of design when the aim was to create a new tier set for DRUIDS.
I'd love a little elaboration from the design team, but until then or until the sets are updated/changed, i guess we can thank our lucky stars for the other leather sets and transmog.

90% shaman set, druid CM shoulders, druid t 17 (?) head
    2 minutes photoshop
    done

When exactly is the new art staff acclimated and getting to work, like actually work?

They look like shit to me, pretty standard and boring to look at. Im hyped for Hellfire Citadel, but in my opinion they look pretty bad atm.

Thank god, a tier set that finally again feels like something a druid would wear. Still have to shake my head at the rogue one. Might look cool but really... stop adding so much large metal parts to them...

Meh it feels more shamanistic to me, especially the helm.

(not so much elements theme shaman, but more of the voodoo/spirit shaman/witch doctor kind of shaman theme)

It looks like our current tier set, only slightly more sinister looking.
    Skull on our head? /check
Branches/leaves coming off our shoulders? /check
Some horns on the skull? /check

Druid gear is always a point of contention with me. I have zero interest in the lore or aesthetic of what fantasy deems the traditional druid. The whole one with nature thing clashes completely with my personality and visual interests.

I love my druid because they are my favorite healing style, their gameplay design I find consistently fun and I can do all four roles. I hate that he has to be a druid and I always have to have antlers or plantlife growing on me. Shattered Vale was a step in the right direction (for me), Haunted Forest made me want to puke. Living Wood... I don't want to be an insect...

This tier throws an even bigger wrench into my stomach because I'd be willing to set aside the antlers and tree branches for the fel green and royal purple -- which are TOTALLY my jam, yet they appear to be tagged as the mythic sets... which I won't get for another two expansions.

There's a rumour going around that these are the pvp sets, rather than the pve. Can anyone shed some light on this? Every time i see it stated it's never backed up with any factual evidence.

Honestly I hope these are the PVP sets because it's worse than current mythic tier and I didn't think that was possible.

Honestly the Blue Pvp gear (tiger like for Ally, Lion for Horde) looks better than this.

It looks like something you'd get when you mix a druid set (twigs & branches, fur, general ruggedness) with the fel energy/warlock theme of Gul Dan's portal shenanigans (the bright colouration on the bottom sets and the skull on the head). It thematically makes a lot more sense than the shaman connection people are making - which I personally do not see at all, are people confusing the skull with the wolf pelt hat? -, but it's still not exactly something that befits an actual druid to wear.
