iLevel increase or keep ebonflame 4 piece set bonus?

Quick question, I have the LFR Ebonflame 4 piece set, but I got a 670 ilevel pants. Is 10 more ilevels worth more than a set bonus?

Set bonuses usually outweigh modest item level increases. I have no idea how strong the LFR 4 piece is though.
