Characters suddenly low level?

Hello.

As of recent events I decided to give SWTOR a go as I hadnt played for like a year or so.

I DL the game, log into my old account and.. my 40-ish level Bounty Hunter is gone, so is my 30-ish Sith Warrior.
In their place I see some low level (maximum 15) characters.

Did they change the game somehow to have lower level numbers or something? It also says I need to rename all of my characters.

Whats going on, am I missing something here? Help please??

Check a different server. When I came back they were on a different one, and due to server condensing some names had to be replaced because higher level characters already had them.

Yeah I clicked other servers option and it showed only my own one with 5 chars on it, others had 0

Problem fixed, turns out the game needs to be at 100% DL (even though it shows as Ready to Play), to play characters that arent on a homeworld
