Minimize Chat window?

I'm looking for an addon that can minimize the chat window. Anyone know of anything like that? for example you can minimize skype and when you get a message it will show that you have a message but it wont take up any of your screen.

It does still work, though it is a little unresponsive. Great addon.

I use prat and:
- set the chat window stuff like background as transparent
- set prat fading option to fade after 7 second

Now when there's something happening on the chat it appears and stay there, after 7 seconds of nothing happening it just fade away
