stacking CD and stampede

just a quicke,

recent re-roll to hunter after a some time and wondering, assuming you can't always get them to line up which is better to pop stampede in bloodlust on it's own or your opener (rapid/ring/pot)?

There is a lot of info people would need to know to make that determination. Starting by telling us which fight, would be a beginning .

not specific to a fight but for example mannoroth, we use BL at start of p4 when all his ability timers reset but when we reach that depends how how our damage looks so i could still have that go so i could still have 30s on my rapid fire/ring so would i gain more benfit from those 2 cds or BL on its own

In that particular situation, if the boss will live that full duration, I'd delay Stampede enough that you can get some benefit from both. (I.e. BL on the front 3/4, RF+Ring on the back 1/3)
