I see many issues with the default UI, primarily when it comes to display of information.
Given a choice there isn't that much of the default I would keep as it is originally.

I am a healer and all I use is mouseover macro and default raiding interface. For me that's enough !

As a healer I never played raw.
For starters there never was a good default raid grid.
And the default bars have to much clutter on them, while stylish I prefer minimalistic everything.
Also the default character / target bars are on top of the screen which I never notice on a large screen, and then end up dying / running out of mana because of it.
