Ability to follow directions
Excellent execution such as good positioning, targeting, communication and understanding boss fights to reduce incoming damage taken.
• Flexibility World Transfers: We expect you to transfer as soon as we decide to recruit you especially if you intend on raiding at the Mythic difficulty.
Computer: Your computer must be able to handle the stress of the game. If you share a connection with nine other people or run a machine that locks up in major cities, please don't waste our time or your time. Discord will be required. This includes having a working microphone that doesn't sound like it's mounted somewhere in your nasal cavity or the middle of a hurricane.

Schedule: We are looking for people who can commit to near 100% attendance. If you can't realistically commit to all of our typical raid times, then we can't realistically consider your interest in our guild. We raid on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sundays from:

Now a little bit bout Us:
We are a guild, made up of former members of <Red Shift> and <Casually Addicted>, on Bleeding Hollow (PvP Server on a Chicago Datacenter) that have a common goal and will do what is necessary to achieve it. We are Shifty Casuals.
We are a group of professional adults, who believe success in raiding doesn't correlate to number in days/hours you spend raiding.
We don't tolerate elitism, bigotry, misogyny or any of the like. We enjoy our calm, adult environment and have no qualms with protecting it.
We do loot council which is fair and distributes loot for the progression of the raid as a whole and not an individual player. No favoritism, no loot drama.
We have our sights set on top 100 US for Legion and are looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks.
Raid Days and Times (All times in EST as that is our server time):

Who We Want:
We are looking for outstanding, self managing, min/maxing solid players that enjoy the responsibilities and mindset of a mythic progression guild! Just because we raid 3 nights a week, doesnt mean we dont take things seriously
Besides these qualities we are also looking for:
· Someone who understands that 3 nights a week raiding means that you need to bring your A-game each and every night. Attendance is expected to be near 100%. By committing to raid, you are committing yourself to our raiding schedule.
· The ability to perform under pressure. We only recruit impressive players, and spots are always competitive.
· Extensive knowledge of your class. (IE: Alpha/beta testing, keeping up with theorycrafting, properly gemmed/enchanted, always be up to date on the intricacies of your class (not solely your spec(s)) and on the utility of the entire raid group.)
· A computer that can handle 20-30 man raiding and the ability to communicate via VOIP when needed. You must have a working headset and mic, and you must be prepared to use them. We will not read chat during boss fights. Inability to give a vocal response will not be tolerated as it directly hinders progression.
· Tough skin. We're always looking to improve ourselves as should you. Constructive criticism is encouraged, but flaming and insulting is not tolerated whatsoever.

<Cornfed> is currently 7/7H working on Mythic Progression. We are looking for Healers, Ranged DPS, and overall competitive players for heroic/mythic raiding. Our raid nights are Tues/Thur from 9-12pm EST. Our core group of veteran players have raided in multiple games together for over 15 years and recently moved to US-Emerald Dream to bring a bunch of amazing raiders we met along the way together on one server. We are a guild that has seen all levels of progression and have a few world 50 members in our roster along with new blood that is eager to learn. We raid casually 2 nights a week but have the drive to see all Mythic content in Legion and still have time for real life to spare. We are always running multiple Mythic+ dungeon groups during non-raid times along with alt raids and normal runs. Our goal is to have fun, enjoy this great expansion, push content, and walk away with lifelong friends in the process.
Current needs:
Any Healer (plus for Holy Paladin or Resto Shaman)
Ranged DPS - (plus for Spriest & Mages)
Any Exceptional players
Individuals come to raid prepared. We only raid a few hours a week, so having the luxury of explaining fights on the fly just doesn’t work for us. We expect every raider to come prepared. This means making sure you’re on top of your individual class/spec theorycraft, knowing boss fights inside and out, and reviewing strategies on websites.
Progress outside of raid. Legion has many opportunities to gear and progress your character outside of raid; by far the most in any expansion. From the revamp of professions, to Mythic + and World Quests, there are multiple ways where raiders can help gear not together as a group. Every raider that plays with us will always look for ways to maximize their contribution to the guild as a whole.
Coming unprepared means you value your time over the rest of the group, and expect them to pick up your slack. That’s extremely unfair to all of your fellow raiders. Real life happens, and it’s understandable, however <Cornfed> exists to efficiently down bosses, and not waste time.
