Greenskin`s Waterlogged Wristcuffs - what talent to go along

Hi

I recently was lucky to get my first legendary "Greenskin`s Waterlogged Wristcuffs". And are wondering which talent to go along with it , and how to use it properly.

I also recently unlocked the artifact trait "Blunderbuss" (have unlocked greed from before)

1. Should I go with "quick draw" for the extra increased 50% dmg on the pistol shot?

2.Should I save my "Between the eyes" when I get Blunderbuss ? Or should I just use "between the eyes" whenever I get a free "normal" pistol shot from saber slash?

3. Should use "Between the eyes" always at 5 combo point , to be sure I get the buff? Since its 20% chance pr combo point..

4. I guess "shark" buff from RtB is the buff to go along with it ?

Blunderbuss and quick draw are a given. I have the same plus insig of raven. I used the wrists for 3 weeks, so I am no expert, but, I read that BB plus proc from ss plus 5 or 6 cp is the way to go. I haven't figured out the nuances, but, I'm sure someone will respond. It is a super wrist and you will need to learn to use it to get the best from it.

everything that guy said except it does change RtB priority. true bearing becomes extremely important for obvious reasons. shark infested waters also becomes more important but its actually not that big of a deal considering between the damage from BtE is very small compared to blunderbuss+pistol shot.

I have the same questions:

1. Use bte on cool down with the leg wrists?
2. Use all pistol free procs from Ss if 4or less cp, if more then run thru before pistol shot?
3. Use BB as soon as it procs, assuming 4 or less cp, if more, then use bte or run thru before BB?

This adds anew layer of complication to our rotation.

3. no, if BtE is off cooldown (or about to be off cooldown) you save the BB proc until you can BtE with 5+ CP and guarantee the BB being enhanced

Ok, that is a great nuance. Are there any others? You said "usually yes" to my question about Opportun proc on pistol if you are at 4 cp or more. Could you elaborate?

when im really energy stacked (jolly roger/buried treasure + bloodlust for example) i usually spam saber slash because it deals considerably more damage and only use opportunity procs when i can get to exactly 6 combo points with it or have a blunderbuss proc. however those situations are very chaotic and fast paced anyway so you wont be able to pull it off without wasting a lot of ressources most of the time.
