[BG][Bug] Cap flag in stealth

A bug and some thoughts. Hope them fix this after BLIZZCON.

Bug
Sub rogue with Flickering Shadows can cap flag in stealth.
This seems only works in AV and IoC, which means they known this bug but somehow forget the 40 people BG.
Just sprint and cap flag when the remaining time goes from 5 to 4.

Problem of Rogue
Two of Sub's artificial talent break CC. Now even the trinket effect does not break CC, and Blizz still not fix this for PVP.
We can guess that the Dev of PVP and PVE are two different teams, and the PVP team cannnot change anything of the Artificial Talent.
Sounds like a big company.

Instanced PVP
Now all balances are made under instanced PVP. This surely destroys the balances of world PVP.

Game Design
Blizz should make melee spells with cast time or animation before they cast. Especially instant CC.
so the pace of PVP can be slower.
so the audience knows what happens.
so players can dodge it by move or pop defense skill.
so you don't have to give range class powerful spell to count melee.
so the game needs more skills.
so give Rogue no damage but instant CC still makes it a special and useful class.

EDIT:
Until today 11/12, Blizz still not fix this bug, their devs really should work harder.
And even Blizz said they only balance according to instanced PVP,
I don't believe those QQ tears from world PVP has no impact to rogue nerf.
You know, they are PVE players, their thoughts value.

People were deathing and vanishing blinds 8-9 years ago, the changes you propose would dumb the game down even more than it already is. WoW pvp is completely dead I don't know why people still care about balance so much. if you want to pvp seriously then play on the arena tournament server not on live.

if wow pvp is comptlely dead, then there is no downside to them fixing akaaris soul to work like shadownova.

Its not even a dumbed down thing, as akaaris soul just negates blind on any target you used shadowstrike or cheap shot on the past 4 seconds, if anything it removes choice and being able to punish people for trinketing things they should not

But alas, theyll probably never fix akaaris untill after they nerfed assassination enough that people actually starts to play sub in tournaments
