does the wrathguard from glyph of wrathguard do identical damage as the felguard now?

title says it all. i know it was doing less dps than the felguard so has this now been fixed?

It was stated on the patch notes that it did, but I haven't tried it as of yet.

a simple yes doesn't obey rules of forum where you have to type certain number of letters to be able to post. You could also simply check it by yourself, but you chose to do it on forum.

I did check the web myself to see some sort of verification of the correction to the wrathguards damage before i posted on this forum. I was not able to find anything.
