0/32/39 Rotation question

well, 2x IT would do more damage per rune.

but HB uses only 1 frost rune (which is the ones we like :P) and one lesser used unholy rune.

So as long as you have a unholy rune up, HB > IT, if not, and you use death runes on the HB, 2x IT would be prefered.

well, as 32/39, your nuke spells, or high damage abilities, are IT and HB, so i would assume he does mean over IT.

EDIT: ofc, keeping IT and PS up all the time, while spamming HB, and BS when needed, is what i assume he means.
