How to judge efficently? as holy

L2P? Umm. Tank pulls, you judge then heal. Really not difficult.

For boss fights I usually have the boss set as my focus (I make sure I get him /focused well before we pull), and then just use a macro to fire off judgements on the boss as needed:

/cast [target=focus] Judgement of ....... (Wisdom/Light, depends on your raid set up)

I have this bound to my "1" key, so it's quite easy to reach.

I also have Quartz set up to show my focus judgement duration so I can keep track of it, and I find this works very nicely for me.

I can keep my mind on my tank target then without having to worry about finding the boss for judgements all the time.

What ever method you chose to use (macro or "f" key) you will want Enlightened Judgements. Besides the extra range which means you wont have to move very far if at all to judge the Boss your tank is fighting you also get 4% Hit with the talent. It's nice to not miss with judgements.

For harder encounters, I find following Judgment with a HS critical and a fast casting HL makes things deliciously easy.

I judge to get the haste buff from JotP. That being said, I have found that if you are targeting your tank and hit the Judgment button, it usually judge whoever the tank has targeted. After that, it is as simple as retargeting your tank. I find that this takes the headache out of finding a target to judge.

What I do is right when we engage, I pop a Judgement (wisdom/light, depends), then I target tank or just help whail on the boss (I take down like 15% of boss's HP cause I'm leet like that). I can do this because of healbot. I think ALL healers need to have healbot. I also use BoL, which is great; BoL on tank and heal the group. With healbot, you can basicly help dps the boss and throw the heals, too, including judging when necessary.
