Err,It's actully a very viable spec.

I pull 4.8k on patch 10 and well over 5k in 25 man

(It's blood frost hybrid thing...Works much better than you'd assume.)

-Use HT whenever Rime procs

The idea behind this is that now the proc based abilities are sort of ppm type of procs, it doesnt matter if you dual wield or use a 2hander. Therefore this kind of playstyle may seem to perform decent.

However, depending on your gear dual wielding may still allow for more melee swing dps, and will outperform such 2H IT builds.

PS is in the initial rotation because icy touch does a certain amount MORE damage if there's already a disease on the target so this PS is needed + it improves the OB and there's nothing else you can do with the rune.

Just trust me and try the rotation.
