Found this one in German PTR Forums:

Its bout LoH and the new CD Glyph makin it to an instant cast without CD:

Glyph -5min CD
Skill -4min CD
4T3 -12minCD

so you can "spam" LoH, Generate Mana to everyone who needs it and just got a 16k instant heal.
