I Need opinion of experienced pvp players.

Hello there,

I'm a player who from TBC played only PVE content of the game. Becouse of some changes i decided to play also PVP in big meaning of this word.
With my friend we decided to lv up Hunter and DK , and play 2 v 2 arena in this team.
I want describe here my idea for this team , stategy .

I will play with hunter, as i saw all of top team hunters are in Surv build, my idea on build is following:

In my opinion it can be great build becouse of the great CC , skill of hunter... I will start at Vyvern sting , after it 75% of players will burn their trinkets,
I will continue with getting closer to player and scatter/ trap or Readiness and second Vyverm sting, probably if i will get some exp with this char i will be able to stop every kind of player, in this time my friend as unholy DK with assist of my pet and some of my Aimed/arcane/steady should down or at least stop second player. Probably this kind of build will decrease my dps but in this kind of team it shouldnt be problem.

Soon our alts will be on 80 and we start to geting around 600-700 resi each , and go with the subject.

Tell me plz what do You think , advantages and disadvantages of my idea.

hmmm tell me, why should i pick TNT and L&L if i planned to no pick Explosive ...
Idea of build is simple to take Readiness which will provide me , much , MUCH better CC .
Also imbroved barrage , Trueshot aura, Master marksman will gime better boost to my team damge thank going deeper into surv.

Simply You need some imagination to understand my concept
as i said it lower dps which is not needed me and unholy dk , but it will provide the best arena CC ever.

Explosive shot is pretty much required of you want to be able to do well in PvP.

The spec really just isnt very good sorry. You can talk about CC all you want, but explosive shot is the main reason why surv is so popular right now, and without it it's gonna be alot tougher than it has to be.

Just to be constructive with regards to your build, if you're first going for full CC I suggest you also spec into entrapment. And while you're at it spec into LnL as it doesnt only trigger explosive shot but also arcane, and 3x arcane is some decent burst too after all.

I have to mention for players whos were shocked with my orginal build, thats not an idea of 15 y noop,
I realy thought about it long time and i have great vision of it.
Especialy concider my partner which will be unholy DK .
ex.
He is Death grip player A, ghul stunning it , he silencing or slowing , with assist of my pet they are fighting... probably it will be enought to give me around 8 sec with player B.
I'm stating from Vyvern Sting -> running close(90% of player burn theyr trinkets now) -> scatter / trap. in this time i'm helping to dps : arcane , aimed ... readiness ... all CD are down now ... and again i have: Vyvern , scatter, trap also arcane and aimed are ready to shot again if it is not pala or other who can 2x wake from trap or sleep.
other ex.
i'm vyvern sting player B , helping on player A with : arcane , aimed after it readiness again vyvern on player B , arcane , aimed ... it should realy be enought burst with unholy dk on target... also remember in this case in pocket i have scatter-> trap
I will have lots of possibility , pvping with team and build like this should be very interesting, giving lots of fun , and i realy beilve that it will bring me good score.
I simply dont want follow casual build used by 75% of hunters , i will be happy twice if i will win with this build and prove point of my idea... hunter is allready 73 lv, for 7 days he will be close to 500 resi
