This might be a lame question.

Has anyone on the PTR seen if these are just Upgrades like Dalaran Rings or if the currunt Wintergrasp items you have are being upgraded?

The items people currently use aren't upgraded. Only the ones you can purchase.

Finally, much needed Haste on a Furious-equivalent piece.

I'll most likely ditch the 2pc 7.5 Frostfire on my Mage for 4pc S7 + the Pants. Will have to test thoroughly though, seeing as I'm losing a lot of Mana (in addition to Blizzard's plan of 'longer Arena fights')
