Need comments on my Resto setup

I couldn't say this is my "main" spec per se, as I play both Resto and Elemental almost equal amounts, and both have very comparable gear.

This is mainly a heroic and 10 man content setup, as I don't regularly raid 25 mans. If I did, I'd probably gem and glyph around a haste-Chain Heal setup.

I try to get lots of crit on my gear for Tidal Waves LHW crits on both the tank and the raid. Oh, and the gem on my weapon is because I use it for both ele and resto, and haven't gotten the 1h healing mace from H ToC yet.

The only thing I think I'd change right now is switching out Riptide glyph for Healing Wave glyph, as in a lot of situations I could use the heal on myself along with the big heal on a tank, etc... (Ignis, Kologarn)

So yeah, that's me! Any comments/criticisms will be appreciated!

IMO Spec is spot on, I do question your choice of Gems.

How much mana do you really need? Are you running out in long fights?

If the answer is no to the last question then swap out those int gems for SP. I do realize that you gain SP through int but not near as much as you would get by gemming for it.

That is really the only thing that I see that I would change.
