Fake Blizzard Emails?

I haven't played WoW in probably three months now and as such my account has been closed for at least two.

Upon recent inspection of my spambox I have many emails from blizzard -like- email address and I have no idea how to confirm anything so since I haven't been playing I decided to just ask, how do I spot a fake?

The best way is to hover over the "website" on the email and look at the lower-left of your browser. If it doesnt say Worldofwarcraft.com then dont click on it. sometimes it will say like "world0fwarcraft-us.com" or something similar, even though the link is normal.

^ Exactly that, although the hackers and farmers out there have seriously stepped there game up. Those emails are very convincing :-[

That is true. Some of the emails are incredibly convincing. Luckily for us, Firefox and Internet Explorer have our backs. I received one yesterday that actually had my heart going because it was an account closure notice. I freaked out and almost clicked the link but when i looked at the bottom left of the browser is was us-Worldofwarcraft.com/account-closure. You just have to be careful and take precautions. (I also suggest an Authenticator)

That link, which is legit ^_^ has a list of fake emails, you can check to see if the ones you got are on that list, and if they are, you can just deleted them from your inbox.

They are all fake and I forwarded most of them to Blizzard's Hack reporting address.
