Who says they needed the buff and not just more time? And that's for 25 man only, 10 man has been done without it.

Well because they had the option to turn it off and run without it, but they decided against that and look how that turned out.

10man isn't raiding, it is an expanded 5man

10 man is raiding when your not in a 25 man guild and have 25 man gear to faceroll through it.
