Prot Warrior T10 Set Bonus Any Good?

I have the 2 set bonus on my prot gear, having the gloves and the shoulders. But i'm coming to my last thing to buy with frosts. I was wondering if i should buy http://www.wowhead.com/item=50978/ga...kraken#sold-by and replace my t10 gloves. I dont have t10.264 just t10. As i understand the Gauntlets of The Kraken are a decent pair of gloves but are they worth losing the t10 bonus over? I dont have any badges to upgrade my gloves, and i doubt if i did they'd be the first piece that i would use a badge on. Any thoughts? Avoidance vs Threat i guess!

The bonus is indeed very good.

2set is a quite OK threat boost but nothing else really. 4set however is really handy on some of the ICC encounters. It's kinda simple. If you'r only going for 2set and not 4 go for the ilvl264 items (chest/gloves and crafted legs) get shoulders/head for the 2set. Kinda comes down to what sort of loot you can get. That will give you most EH from only using badges (running daily 5man and weekly not stepping in to ICC).

The utility gained from the 4-set bonus is more worth than wearing offset pieces.

PC4= another cd that u can use in emergencys

PC2= really good for tps

4p prot definitely worth it. When i tank in ICC it ends up being something like a 12k absorb on a one minute CD.
Only problem is remembering to save it and not burn it for rage purposes

I absorb liek 17k with the 15% buff. So ye, its worth it.

PC4= defensive 1 min cooldown available for tank swaps on LK without blowing shield wall

PC2= really good for tps

so yeah get both

Only time I usually use it for rage is the initial pull (BR +SB). Where it is still being put to use giving your heals a moment to get into position.

A great tip is to spec into Safeguard and to never swap tanks at all on LK. Sure, you can/should still taunt before intervening, but you get my point. :-)

I would have to say all of the 4p tank bonus' (druid dk pally war) are well worth it.

Tanking Sindragosa since I got my 4p Bonus has been a lot easier on my healers.
