Most effective way of re-hitcapping

So last night my guild was doing some 10 ICC, we had just finished wipping on LK a few nights prior, and felt like a bit of a change, so we did a reset. I got a few pieces of phat loots in that reset, however I ended up losing my hit trink (mark of supremecy) for the whispering fanged skull, now im about 3 or so % under the hitcap.

What would be the best way to hit the cap again that looses me the least DPS? Also, I don't want the hit enchant for boots, as I am an engineer, and Rocket boots have saved my ass countless times.

Buy a Ring of rotting sinew and throw a hit gem in it. Pure upgrade and will get ya close to hit cap again.

-hit bracer
-another hit ring
-switching all your str/crit gem in your yellow slot (with a str bonus of 3 per slot) with str/hit gem (belt, AV ring, boots, gloves)
-drop that expertise gem
-keep using the mark its better then being under hit cap

p.s. your boots were changed from blue to yellow a few month ago.. mine werent..
and you have the wrong AV ring, the agi one is superior

Not sure but the way to lose the least DPS is prolly ring of the rotting sinew + 20 hit gem and re-socket your boots (which you should do anyway with an inscribed ametrine if you wouldn't need the socket hit on them).
If you're not mad for maximizing your DPS and you don't wanna spend your gold, you can just put 20 hit in every yellow socket and wait to get either chest or bracers from Marrowgar / Gunship in ICC 25 (better than rotting sinew ring).
