The Nostromo N52TE is not that good for WoW, for a start. I tried using one for a few days, and while you can customise it extensively, it just doesnt have the simple flexibility of a keyboard.

If you're set on getting a controller of this type, you may want to look into something like this: http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Wolf-...oard-USB-White

The N52 is okay for FPS, even though its physically not that customisable - I'd like to see something with adjustments like the old Saitek Cyborg 3D gold.

Honestly, though? You may spend time trying to get used to it, and just not end up liking it.

Logitech G13 is another option, very similar to n52 but has more buttons. I've used G13 for few months now and am mostly happy with it.

My friend, who plays an elemental shaman, owns a Belkin N52te, and he likes it.
I don't own one myself though.

Ive never understood why the hell do you need/want something like that. Why cant you just use a normal keyboard! D

More buttons are within the reach of your fingers' normal range of motion without having to move whole hand so it's easier to use 'blind' and lot faster than regular keyboard if you have 10+ keybinds in addition to WASD.

I for example use thumb a lot with G13 (6 buttons under thumb's range of motion without moving palm at all) while keeping 3 fingers on WASD which is very hard to do on regular keyboard.

It's well-known fact that the regular QWERTY keyboard is ergonomical nightmare and designed all wrong for typing speed or ease of use. It was originally designed to actually slow typing because mechanical typewriters get stuck easily.

Another option is is the Steelseries Merc Stealth http://www.steelseries.com/us/produc...th/information The off set controller is good for WoW and other games plus your fingers don't get as fatigued as they would on a normal keyboard.

    Re: razer N52te?

I have used the n52te and the G13, and I would have to say the Logitech is better. Easier button pressing and a better button layout. The Belkin's dir pad feels a little offset, and running with it is a bit odd, and the jump button (although not used much) has bad placement, making you move your thumb from the dir pad. This makes jumping and moving at the same time a tad difficult. I would really have to say that if you don't have the money for the Logitech, just use a keyboard. The Belkin isn't worth the hassle it comes with.

On a side note, neither are really optimal for this game, and a keyboard will almost always be better. The only time I use mine in WoW is when playing my Enhance Shaman.
