power auras help (timer)

I was looking for someone who maybe able to help me with a power auras issue. I recently had to rebuild my ui and I cant seem to get the timers for power auras to work correctly. On one of my characters the timer shows up and works correctly. But on my alt I make a new aura and it works. But when I enable the timer it does not show up when I did the same creation process on my main. Any suggestions or help? Or did I just find a weird bug.

Sometimes I've made a new aura, and tried to make a timer for it, with all the settings correct and it would just not show up. A full game restart got it working though I believe.
