[H-Altar of Storms] <Valence> 11/12H ICC25 Recruiting
<Valence> of Altar of Storms is currently recruiting any DPS who is:
- Reliable on scheduled raid nights
- Aware of fight mechanics and able to respond appropriately
- Able to maximize damage output
Raid Schedule:
Valence raids Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8-12 PM EST. You must be able to make all four days with very few exceptions. If there's one of these days you can never make, you probably won't get accepted.
Expectations:
- Everyone is expected to be online at 8 PM. If you cannot be online for a night or will be late, you must post on the forums to let us know.
- Flasks are expected for any non-trivial boss.
- No drama in guild/raid chat, ventrilo, or the forums. Take it to whispers if you really feel you need to.
- Understand that you might have to sit out occasionally, especially in your time as a recruit. Prove you're worth it and you'll have a consistent spot.
- Be in it to kill bosses, not to fill out your character's BiS list.
About Valence:
<Valence> was formed more than 2 years ago and has remained under the same leadership. While we've had occasional attendance issues, we've never taken a break from raiding, even during Naxx farming. We try to balance out the serious atmosphere during progression by having fun and joking around at other times, as long as it doesn't hinder the raid. We try to keep our roster low to maximize the amount of raids that each person can see, however in order to do this we expect everyone to be reliable on raid nights.

Valence uses a silent bid DKP system to distribute loot.
