    310% Riding skill

I apologise if this has already been asked, I couldn't find it when I looked.

I'm currently on the PTR on my paladin, which has an Ironbound Proto Drake. The drake, when I logged on, would only go at 280%. I went to the trainer and buying the 310% riding skill cost me 5k. My question is, are they really taking the 310% speed from players that have already obtained it, or is that just a PTR bug/oversight?

    Thanks in advance.

Dunno actually, but if ironbound is only going 280%, then it's not a bug.

It must be a bug, would be contradictory to all the blue posts we had about the topic.

Just because it's on the PTR doesn't mean it's not a bug. In fact, that's the perfect reason to consider it bug. As Hyos stated, it would contradict what the Blues have said on multiple occasions.

Still, I wouldn't be surprised if they changed their minds... wouldn't be the first time *cough*overcloaks.....

That they only go 280% is probably not a bug, that you do not get 310% for free is.

It would likely mess up their system if people get 310% mounts after this change is implemented so they changed them all to 280% to avoid that.

for me in the beta all my 310% were only 280, and i had to buy the 310% riding skill.
don't know if this is gonna be live, because i think a bluepost said that if you have 310% mounts you will get the 310% skill for free.

I do remember them saying something like that too, we'll just have to wait and see.
