Spellcasting Pushback Protection - Completely Removed?

I thought the "Spellcasting Pushback Protection" talents were being changed to "passive" abilities that were learned whenever you choose your Talent specialization.
    I am referring to talents like "Warlock's Intensity" ( http://www.wowhead.com/spell=18136 ).

However, looking at the latest PTR/Beta this very moment, i can not find any such ability in my Spellbook or my Talent panel.
Also, the Spellcasting Pushback Protection seems to be completely gone from the PTR game itself, since enemies do normal spellcasting pushback when attacking me on both my Shaman and my Warlock.
Also, all those spellcasting pushback protection abilities are gone from MMO Champion's list of class abilities in Cataclysm.

So what happened to these very useful talents/abilities?
Was all spell pushback protection removed from the game? WHY?

They haven't gotten around to implementing them as baseline yet.

Last I heard they'd scrapped the spell pushback and were just going to reduce it at base by 70%, but I can't confirm that

Thats the plan as far as I know, similar to pure classes getting baseline crit boosts such as Ruin

Mages are gettin talents for pushback reductions..

Does anyone have any Official info about this?

It would be very bad if blizzard completely abandoned spellcasting pushback protection.

Well, so far it seems to be a passive for everyone apart from Mages for some reason, but only on their "main spec". For example for Priests, as Shadow you get the pushback protection for Shadow spells but not for any Holy spells, so you still get pushback on heals, while Discipline gets pushback on Holy spells but no protection for Shadow ones.

The Shadow passive is called "Dark Thoughts" I believe, it was listed before but I can't seem to find it at the moment.
I shall die here. Every inch of me shall perish. Every inch, but one. An inch. It is small and it is fragile and it is the only thing in the world worth having. We must never lose it or give it away. We must never let them take it from us.

Shamans do not get any kind of pushback protection on Elemental spec.

All my spells, especially Earthquake, get owned by pushback - even with the new Totem of Tranquil Mind.

Same goes for my Warlock as well....

We are talking about these pushback spells NOT being ingame atm.
There is no explanation why are they missing, or will they return.

You quoting something Blizz said who knows how long ago just makes you look like an ass.

You can't find it because it's gone. All of the pushback talents and passives were removed (except Burning Soul, but that'll probably get changed). That resistance is now baseline for all spells, or will be once they implement it.

New Shaman totem, totem of the tranquil mind reduces spell casting and channeling time when damaged by 30%

Do you perhaps know the reason why were they removed, or when will they be returned?
I did not see Blizz say anything about their removal or their return
Honestly, playing an Elemental without the pushback protection is pure torment...

By only 30% though. Until they make all class have 70% baseline pushback reduction, it's useless.

because it's meant to be a concentration aura, the thread is about talents which stack with said aura.

That was posted ten days ago. It'll probably be in the next build. :/
