Boomkin PvP 4pc Bonus in Cata

Is our 4 piece bonus even that good for cataclysm?

"your wrath casts have a chance to reduce the cast time of your starfire by 1.5s"

Now that the wrath cast-time is increased we are more likely to not even be using wrath at all (our pvp gameplay will more than likely revolve more around moonfire spam/IS/Roots/starsurge procs/Typhoons which are all instant cast.

Perhaps its time that our pvp 4-piece changed to reflect the change in our gameplay.

Maybe the new 4 piece could give us our knockdown back on Starsurge. Give it a 5/10s internal cooldown so that chain starsurge procs wouldnt ruin someones day.

Or make Typhoon have a 360 degree arc around the boomkin instead of being directional.

Or when Moonfire deals damage it has a 10% chance to make starfire an instant cast

Or when Moonfire deals damage it has a 10% chance to remove the cooldown of Typhoon

Or "Reduces the amount of damage taken while barkskin is active by an additional 10%" (helps with Boomkin survivability which is currently non-existant)

Or "Increases the duration of Barkskin by 10 seconds" (Also would help with our non-existant survivability)


What do you guys think? Or do you still like the wrath casting for procs?

I just think that there is lots of options to make our 4pc worthwhile that doesnt involve us standing in one spot casting wraths (which im sure is not the direction that the Blizzard wants to see Boomkin PvP going. (ie the way its always been)

With the new eclipse mechanics a proc could happen in the wrong moment, say in the start of a solar eclipse, making the starfire with reduced cast time much less useful.

Anyone have thoughts on if it should be changed, and any ideas of what a decent (and fair) 4 set pvp bonus would be??
