    Stat weights:
    • Str is our uber stat once more
    • Hit and exp are once again your priorities until soft cap
    • Hit is now not terribad if you flow past the soft cap
    • Crit isn't as bad as you might think
    • Haste isn't as bad as it once was put still likely doesn't outweigh hit even after the soft cap
    • Mastery is the bottom of the barrel for us currently because of enraged uptimes

    tl;dr: str > hit > *everything else* > mastery

Short version, gem strenght and reforge haste into more hit.

Rage has been normalized - aka it's bad too miss attacks now.

From elitist jerks, Hit to 8% > exp > hit to 27% > crit > haste >> mastery.

Those are how our stats line up.

    str>hit+exp>hit till hardcap>crit>haste>mastery

Is this for Arms as well as Fury? I'm most interested in Arms PVP. What stat should I reforge, and to what for Arms PVP (assuming I'm already past 5% hit for PVP).

    Threat reduction.
Give me the strength to change what I can, the patience to accept what I cannot, and the calm, sane disposition I need to avoid ripping the heads off people who say stupid things when I'm around.

For fury I reforged all my crit to hit. I'm now sitting at 34% crit and 26% haste 27% hit 28% exp 11% mastery Unbuffed.

Well for arms I reforged everything to mastery.

why do you have 28% expertise lol...you should reforge that instead of that crit.

Well the cap for exp is 26% I was sitting at 25% before reforging. And the least min exp I could get was 27, which brings me to 28%.

And in my understanding, 34% crit is more then enough for flurry uptime.

Critical hits don't increase rage gained so I think haste is slightly better then crit.

22 expertise as per EJ tests that I'm too lazy to link.

Also, 36% crit is what you want for flurry uptime.

After that, its 20% haste, then crit again. Mastery, nono.

You sure about that 22 expertise?

Well its a little above 22, specifically 22.4. Blizz botched dodge for enemy mobs in that it increases by 0.2% per level higher than you instead of 0.5%, so you need enough expertise to cover 5.6% dodge and not 6.5% as it was before 4.0.1
