Dream vision and Cata

I haven't been able to get a legit answer despite my time looking around. Thus, I've made this thread to ask. Do forgive if it's a repeat or misplaced.

In Cata, is the Elixir of Dream Vision being taught by the trainers or moved to an easier mob location? With the world dragons being not the farming choice for this rare pattern, this recipe seems to be one that will be very pricey. Or not, if it is moved to the trainers.


( Also for the love of Soa if someone can confirm/deny if the AQ gate cooking recipe is being 'taught' by the trainers so people can rest )

I've heard nothing of either of those patterns going to the trainers.
