You are perplexed over the matter of choice - And then go to wildly flail at Blizz. There is no forcing in going the LFR.
If you're not good enough and you cannot play good enough with your gear and still whine about going LFR when there is a 30% debuff - Then there is nothing to it.
There never was a LFR before, and you managed fine. As for the PvP objects as a non pvp player - You do that out of own sentiment of progress. Still no-one is FORCING you to do that. Trying to hold Blizzard accountable for what you personally trick your self into - serves nothing more then to rant.
The mists are clearing...
The drums of China thunders.

Nice. Now everyone can see just how much of an asshole GC has been to paladins.
You do realize new PLAYER models, that have to be virtually re-built from the ground up to increase poly-count, re-do animations to make them smooth and clip as little as possible, re-map every single armor texture to the new model to make sure they work right, ensure helmets, shoulders, and weapons are proportionally balanced to the model and placed correctly to again minimize clipping, and do this for TEN races, is not a small process.
It's being worked on. Blizzard outright said they are working on it, but only MIGHT have Dwarves done for release, with Humans and Orcs next in line. Don't expect to see them til at least 5.1, if not 5.2, cause they also said they will be released with all 8 classic races done at once, and then Blood Elves and Draenei after.
Research what it takes to do the work, before just saying "Oh, cause they did this, clearly they aren't doing what they said they would". Improving the skin and adding some animations to a single model (the stag) was likely done by one artist and one animator. The races are FAR more complex.

Okay, but you do realize that at best, LFR is pure luck now for loot, and no method of engineering by guilds will force extra drops, or favourable drops for specific people. So... yeah, you CAN run it, but you stand a chance of getting nothing for a whole run. Or you could get a drop every single boss. But it is YOUR choice if you feel the lower ilevel gear is a special need to you.
Maybe for Mogu'shan Vaults, it will be popular. Beyond that, I doubt it, cause you got even less chance of controlling what drops. Boss dead, everyone gets a shot at loot, based on the spec they are present as (and you can't trade it!). No more "have the guild run all their alts, then take 3 mains in with the alts, and stack all the loot across the 3 different token users" type stuff. It doesn't work that way. When you got an off-night, but wanna raid, go run it. Nobody is holding a gun to your head saying "YOU MUST RUN LFR OR YOU ARE BAD AT RAIDING!". The only people saying you "have to" run it, is the world first community, which Blizzard acknowledges existing, but doesn't tailor the game around what is, at best maybe 0.5% of the playerbase. Blizzard even said that Normal is balanced around you being in Heroic blues and maybe some rep/crafted epics. That is it. LFR gear is a BONUS. Wanna show you are "hardcore"? Do it without the LFR ilevel boost. Show you can do it at the INTENDED difficulty, since that is what so many people seem to complain about.
