Any Windwalkers out there using S.E.F. effectively on Council? If so, do share your strat.

I do it at the start when Dark Power soft-enrage isn't an issue, but I stop using SEF towards the end of the fight because you need more single target DPS to stop Dark Power from reaching 100.
