    Stables: Garn-Tooth Necklace

    So, got a question for you all!

    I've got stables pt 2, and collected all the mounts and are doing the daily kill quests everyday... But when do I get the Garn-Tooth Necklace so I can progress towards stables pt 3?

    Do I need to do something special, keep on killing in the daily, or is it simply bugged for me?

    The Garn-Tooth Necklace appears when you upgrade to level 3.
