I would go Blackhand HC. If your ranged are always ready for MFD in p2 then Blackhand is easier than mythic bosses. Beastlord and Oregorger aren't much harder really. Oregorger requires positioning in rolling phase and after that it's a free loot boss.
From a personal point of view I like to finish difficulty tiers. And Blackhand HC before the first fix and now a +5 ilvl boost was hard, yes. Now even in HC you can get away with some mistakes. Yes, Oregorger, Beastlord and even H&F are possible and not too hard but why not finish those 4pc sets from HC and then go into mythic mode when you've done all of HC?
