Not sure why, but I kind of feel bad for them. I even did in the beginning, but now even more so.

You cannot do that while stunned.
You die.
You are dead.
Well at least they caught on, they messed up big style.
Don't. They're still shitheads, not they're just backtracking like crazy to do damage control. Here, have a read about what a former employee say about them:

Seniors React, for those who didn't know, was Huskys show that got taken down a few weeks before FineBros launched Elders React. They're not trying to protect their brand, they are bullying and taking down videos just because they want to be alone with the concept, EVEN when it wasn't their concept to begin with. They had an employee who kept a document of every channel who did reaction videos.
When they felt a channel was getting too big for its britches using a format too similar to theirs, they would DMCA strike.
The Fine Brothers will tell you that they don't intend to go after other reaction videos or brands.
Don't believe them.
I've been inside the factory, and I know how the sausage is made.
When they took down Seniors React, there was MAJOR backlash from the fans.
They moved to censor any comment on all of their channels so people didn't know about it.
This was par for the course for them, as they looked to control the conversation in regards to anything involving their properties.

Good for them. They apologized and did exactly what their audience asked them to do. Perhaps now their videos won't get double and triple the dislikes anymore. Well... It might take awhile.
Best take so far imho.

I'm more concerned why in every single picture of that guys his eyes are looking in different directions.
Yeah. None of the Pollyanna-ish "OMG they copyrighted (sic) react now no one can make reaction videos!" and more of what's really important, i.e. the deleterious effect it would have on YouTube culture in general via the introduction of a fairly blatant rent-seeking scheme. Even if there were strong incentives for the Fine Bros. to leverage REACT WORLD into a legal racketeering enterprise, it would create the precedent of acceptability for larger operators on the network who could more easily get away with it.

It's a good start, but I don't think undoing claims will restore any banned channels or videos. And I feel bad for that seniors react channel that they closed and stole the format from. And then said it's bad to steal. That is not something I will forgive ever. Not to mention this all would have gone unnoticed if people didn't start to unsbub like crazy.
I was wondering that too!
That I can see, this is probably the most fair and comprehensive presentation of the situation. While mildly entertaining, I don't find the "rabble rabble they are evil #unsubnow to bring down the evil machine" a fair representation.
Might be a good idea if people file spurious copyright claims against fine bros. I must have a video of me watching TV somewhere from 2005.
Ultimately if they go back to before all the controversy started and make a drastic change in their company (new replacements) I would consider forgiving. You can still forgive and let them face consequences from their actions... just as long a they realize and admit to their mistake.
