Idea for new frost pvp talent/spell

Ice Fortress
30% of base mana
Encase a friendly target in an ice fortress, making them immune to all attacks/spells. This ability also uses your ice block cooldown.

Could be useful in arenas and an annoyance in BGs.

Thoughts/comments?

It's a good idea, but it could use some tweaking. I don't think it should share cooldown with Iceblock as Iceblock is such an essential skill to all sorts of mages. I think most mages would end up having this avaliable constantly while saving its usage for their Iceblock instead. (Of course there are exceptions.)

Other than that, talents are most likely set in stone (at least their ideas), so this would have to be our level 80 talent, which would be good since it would give both fire and arcane more survivability. However, it's completely useless for PvE, so as it is now, no, it wouldn't have worked.

Reason why it would share cooldown with ice block would be to stop other classes from QQing, if it didn't share the same c/d people would be crying nonstop
