Looks like 24 crit, 20 hit versus 44 haste, 6 spellpower (I'm assuming you'd only get the red socket bonus on tier gloves out of those four pieces).

Assuming you're at/over hitcap already, crafted legs win easily. If the 20 hit is not wasted, the crafted legs win, but not by a large margin at all.

Not totally wrong, not totally right.
In a Patchwerk-type of fight, 4pc T10 would win against 2pc + Offpieces.
The problem comes with movement.
In the best possible situation, the 4pc will give about 100 DPS, IIRC.
In the worst possible situation, it will give 0 DPS or might even cost you DPS. (WORST possible situation, not probable)
So it depends on the fight... it can go from 0 to 100 DPS.... people aren't really sure what'll be best right now.

Personally I'll grab 2pc T10 and 3 offpieces. The reason being that it's far easier for me as Elemental to get those 3 offpieces than to get 2 more 277 Tokens.
