How do you even GET Not Even a Scratch?

I have yet to see a game where people don't burn down the Demolishers as soon as they pop up. Do you have to organize a premade on the opposite faction, tell them to not blow up the Demos, and hope you get into the same BG as them? This is nuts.

It was easy to get when the BG first came out and nobody knew what to do. If only one person on the other team knows what they're doing, you're not going to get it. You're just going to have to get lucky and have 10 people join at once who have no clue what they're doing.

yea the demo's health pools dont scale well at all with the damage players are putting out so atleast 1 or 2 get dropped instantly at the start of the game.. however, if you hold them on for the full 10minutes while on defense, without letting them reach the chamber, a lot of times players wont even D up and just afk during the inevitable (that's your best bet for when to get it lol) but yea the way the games currently go, it's near impossible

I ended up getting it, during Cataclysm I believe. But it took me three days of only queuing for Strand, but in all fairness I only had a couple of the achieves during that three day period, and I ended up getting them all. Was less Honor, and it wouldn't give you CP's now or anything, but it's doable. If you just grind it out you'll find those players that are able to pull it off.

I got it the other day while my cousin and I queued for random BG, it was pretty lucky because we were running AB weekend and he misqueued. :P

To be honest i get it a lot... just last game i did it. but already had it, i would have had AV perfection today. we had all but once base capped and they went and pulled drekk and killed him. i raged.

It's actually pretty easy. If you faceroll on defense you'll usually fight a team that lost all interest and just wants to get their loser's honor as quickly as possible. I have it on multiple characters from this method as well as from steam rolling on offense first against a bad team. Things just have to line up.

I've gotten it a few times on different characters. Hell, the first time I got it I also got the defense achievement to not allow any walls to fall. Gotta love bg bads.

I get it when we absolutly crush the opposing team on defense, and when we attack they are all demoralized and just stand there while we win.

Like others have said win defence first and go for it. It's virtually impossible trying it on offence first unless you're premade or get very lucky with team setup.

I got this on an alt pre Cata, where the Demo's could still carry passengers (think it was changed at Cata launch or at least shortly after). Back then they also had more HP and it was a lot easier to defend them.

It's 1 out of 2 achievements I miss from SotA and I really don't see, how I will ever get it, unless the stars really line up for me or the Alliance team all DC etc:/ Would be more fair to change the achievement, since it was meant to be done, when the Demo's were a lot harder to kill.

I've done it a few times now, post 4.03 (i'm trying to get veteran of sota) and have also been on the opposite side of this.

If you destroy a team on defence, a few will pretty much just give up.
Some wont even go to the beach. Or all will just head for the one spot (blue or green)
If you can get the tanks moving and everybody working together you'll be right.

My advice is keep plugging away. It involves luck / perseverance.

I got it back on January 10th on my priest (check my sig, click on the worgen). Of course, I wasn't level 85 then (reached that on march 28), so not entirely sure what level she was. But it is achievable if you get a group on your side that is good while the other side is horrendous.

Edit: Apparently my paladin got it dec 15 2010, which he was 85 at that time. Of course, that was at the start of everyone being 85, so it might be tougher to get this late.

Like others said, if you're able to capture their relic ungodly quick, you can just demoralize them into not even trying to defend for 8-9 minutes.

I had it work out like that on my shaman queuing solo.
