We are recruiting!

Since the guilds inception last year, we have managed to full clear every existing content including (but not limited to);
•Glory of the Ulduar and Icecrown Raiders
•Herald of the Titans and Alone in the Darkness
•A Tribute to Insanity
•Heroic Lich King and completed multiple Shadowmourne
•10/13 T11 Heroic Modes (Halfus Wyrmbreaker, Valion & Theralion,Cho'gal, Magmaw, Omnotron Defense System, Chimaeron, Atramedes, Maloriak, Al'Akir, and Conclave of Winds)
•6/7 Firelands Heroic
•2/8 Dragonsoul Heroic.

We are CURRENTLY RECRUITING ALL CLASSES. We are heavy on mages, hunters, and warriors but if you are a great player, you WILL raid.

•Gear must be optimized through askmrrobot dot com/wow/gear - this calculator is extremely simple to use and self explanatory. If you aren't willing to simply enchant/gem/reforge your gear you just would not be happy in Despondency.
•Accountability. If you cannot handle simple constructive criticism or if you are just too rigid to ever compromise your playstyle to fit the guild's needs, you will not fit in very much with Despondency.
•A winning, can-do attitude! This might seem obvious ... but from our perspective it's mandatory. Players need to want to win and not expect to be carried and spoonfed!

Raid Days = Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
Raid Times = 7:00pm Central Standard Time (server time) until 10:00pm Central Standard Time. Invites go out 15 minutes early. In addition, raids include one 15 minute break.

How do we do loot? EPGP Lootmaster.
