Unholy for life.
I'll go DW if they remove masterfrost
Rune of the fallen crusader gives additional increased 7% healing, maybe its good?
Not rerolling because of runeforges.
I wanna see how this supposed "new rotation" works out via Breath of Sindragosa. If they finally achieve a way to balance all four specs (Standard Unholy, Festerblight, DW Frost, 2h Frost), I'd be a happy camper.
No i`m leaning more towards re-rolling unholy.
Having dots that don`t snapshot is a big plus for me.
I'm not sure. I was hoping they'd change the dual wield frost rotation from what it is now. As far as I could tell, they are not changing much about it. If anything, I'm going to go unholy.
In the company of thieves, liars, beggars and whores
I'll lay waiting, just waiting for my time to come.
I'll just go whatever is best as always assuming i'll play.
I think I will. Frost Is looking nice for pvp with better rune forges, a soul reaper that doesn't hit for nothing, 20 yard mind freeze , and auto chains of ice on death grip, no wierd pillar cost to burst
I really like unholy for pve but hate it for pvp. I like the fast hard hitting frost play style in pvp.
Hopefully blood presence won't be a crutch.
If blizzard doesn't fix at least some of the issues that so many of us have been complaining about for most of mists I'm going to find another game to play.
I will wait until wod comes out and there are good sims/theorycrafting with the changes and likely play the spec that is better than the other ones.
(like other people above, if I'm playing)
Thankfully I get to go back to tanking in WoD! I'm so excited
I'm looking forward to ez-mode DK tanking in WoD, now they made timing death strike so much easier. Not that I mind the current mode, but it will be funny watching all the other tanks try to adapt to a light-weight version of the timing we had for years.
DW Frost as off-spec, because it is probably still the least complex DPS spec, and I don't want to have to invest huge amounts of time in my off-spec to be reasonable with it. It's "off-spec" for a reason.
I've always played frost and blood. Never liked unholy.
Whats rerolling supposed to mean? Its not like its an entriely different character to play.
I switched specs nearly every content because playing the same thing over months is boring for me and I like a change, assuming that frost and unholy are close in dmg and not worlds apart which wa skinda the case for some time here and then.
Priority is ofcourse 1.what is best (not counting marginal differences of 1 or 2%) 2. what plays best (practically and funwise) 3. what gear do I get first.
Currently you could play any DD spec with one gear setup, socketing for mastery doesn't hurt unholy that much, you get a bit more out of crit to some degree but it is marginal and frost 2h yeah, well nothing is good so nothing can make a huge difference. The only thing what really kind of is visibly bad is frost dw with crit socketing.
Anyway nothing is set in stone and not much ha sbeen done yet for the dk class, some abilities got cut, some buffs via those perks but nothing was seen in practice as of now, so yeah well pointless to make arguments about it.
Playstyle wise nothing has changed, we have those T100 talents and plaguebearer but don't know what impact on gameplay they have and how useful that impact is. Current problems haven't been scratched so far, atleast of what we can see.
I#m just gonna lean back an wait for beta, if it will be a rinse and repeat of MoP and Cata I will likely go for Unholy as it is far more entertaining, mashing 2 buttons gets boring reltaively fast for me, especially when theres no other big management to it as it is now. Let alone numbers, what doesn't feel rewarding and is plain isn't what I want to play.
I will do the same as always.
Unholy for PvP and as mainspec, Frost for PvE when starting to outgear content and Blood for raiding for I'm tha tank.
Maybe I'll quest as frost? I don't know, I don't think so. Depends on how long it takes to kill things.
