    Hacked -> Perma Ban

I like how blizzard loves their costumers.

First the hand over my account to a stranger twice, then i get hacked a 3rd time and receive a Permanent ban on all my 8 accounts.
contacted them 15 times, if not more and the ban will not be turned over as they say.

    Great justice team - Right?

First off how on earth did you get hacked 3 times, surely after the 2nd youd put an authenticator on?

Customers who cost them more money in customer service than they provide aren't really worth keeping around. Perhaps you should install an antivirus, get an authenticator and stop looking at porn on your gaming computer.

They wouldn't give your account to a stranger if he doesn't have a copy of your ID, if he does then it's your own fault.

Had an authenticator on all 3 times.

They simply made a ticket with a fake ID saying "remove authenticator plz".

And yup without clicking the ID they removed my authenticator.

    - The picture was a random paint job.

no authenticator ? No sympathy. Especially since they are free on smart phones.
Hell, I even bought one from my local GAME store after my account got compromised, its now been stuck to my keyboard with blutac for the last 3 years.

Even if you have an authenticator on, they still require to know your security answers.
Also, if you were the victim then they WILL help you, I doubt they would just blanket ban you on all your accounts.

Damn those nefarious costumers...seriously there are ways to protect your account and the majority of people manage to do it perfectly.

Get an authenticator it's entirely preventable by being safer.

    First thought really.

And no, they didn't hand over your account. You held your details unsafely, someone got hold of them. It is standard procedure for unnormal activity or reported actions to perma-ban the account / Freeze until claimed by the owner (And hopefully secured by the owner better).

I suspect you have a quite unsecure system. The ban can be appealed as soon as well, you contact them properly. And even better, secure your system.

No offense, OP, but I find it easier to believe in the Tooth Fairy than what you've provided so far.
If you add me on Steam, Skype or whatever program/client I share my info for, please write something to identify you in the "Dude/gal wants to join your club"-message. Just so I know that an actual human is on the other end :P

Should try changing your email and password to the account. Can't ask to remove the auth without the account name then.

I have a distinct feeling that you're providing with a huge dose of bullshit.

The picture was a random paint job.

I know this is true for a fact as it happened to me twice both with a random paint id picture and Blizz removed my auth.

Edited to answer the dude above, Both times when sorting it out the rep told me the id was obviously fake/shopped
