    *SPOILER* Does he really die in WoD?

    Garrosh does he really die in WoD? From what i've read in the forums he dies during a questline in WoD, is that true?

    Garrosh is one of favorite characters, actually he is my favorite "WoW" character not including the ones from previous games. I'm almost done reading war crimes and his character gets even more interesting(im not mentioning why) so tbh i would find it very stupid if they just decided to kill him, specially during a lvling quest.

    But yeah he dies in nagrand. Thrall kills him.

    Yup, he dies in Nagrand, we fight him, he stuns us and gets ready to kill us, Thrall comes in, challenges him to an orcish trial of combat to the death, Thrall defeats him and encases his dead body in a fist of rock, which you can go back to any point and watch the cutscene of his death any time you like.

    Hah! Yeah Actually, nearly every cutscene event has an option to review it later again, its pretty neat. But the one with Garrosh dying will be watched over... and over >.>

    Well, this is disappointing. Best character in wow so far, lore wise anyways, and he gets kill by Thrall nonetheless...

    I do love me some garrosh too.

    But all good things come to an end. I hope the cinematic that isnt in beta yet will do him justice (pun intended).

    Yep.
    It was Yrel and I vs. Garrosh. The fight was intense. All of a sudden Thrall comes out of nowhere and steals our kill in a cutscene.
    Bravo Metzen.

    I'm looking forward to seeing him die. I'm a little disappointed that it's Thrall who gets the killing blow but at least we'll be rid of Garrosh assuming he truly remains dead.

    Yeah I love Garrosh too. He's a good guy, he even save this father in the WoD Cinematic. He don't deserve to die, at least not in that way...

    Lol, I like Garrosh too, but you're implaying that he did it to warm his heart or something? He's sending Grom's army to murder us, because he has a vendetta.

    I'll never understand the Garrosh worship. He isn't an innocent or misunderstood guy at all. He inflicted numerous atrocities upon Azeroth and its people including attempted genocide.

    Some people like Magneto, some like Sephiroth orthers maybe they like Shredder from ninja turtles... is it wrong to enjoy a villain? I was always a huge megatron fan from transformers but I knew he was the bad guy...

    It's not wrong to enjoy a villain. I just don't see the point in trying to paint Garrosh as some kind of hero when he was the complete opposite of that towards the end of his reign.
