I got NHS wrong by mistake and Magistrates wrong
So you guys basically expect foreigners to know more about your country than yourselves.
A Magistrate is a senior and respected member of the community that deals with petty cases that real judges cannot be arsed with, things like vandalism or shoplifting. They have trained Lawyers there to give them legal advice and the Magistrates only job is to decide if they did it or not and give them a small sentence, if the offence turns out to be more serious it is turned over to the Crown court where things are a lot more serious.
I really hope that's not a real citizenship test...
